Julie R. has a wealth of experience in the education and technology fields. Julie began their career in 2010 as a Faculty & Staff Development Specialist and Title III Administrative Support for Colby Community College. In 2012, they moved to eduKan as an LMS Administrator, Instructional Design & Technology Specialist, where they applied best practices and expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory to develop learning programs that support measures of success. Julie also facilitated faculty training for content development, guides, support tools, job-aids, and tutorials for eLearning technologies. In 2017, Julie joined Biometric Signature-ID as a Product Management and Technical Support, where they led integration and deployment efforts in partner LMS environments such as D2L, Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard, and others. Julie also prepared and developed training for end-users, partners, and clients for multiple delivery methods. Most recently, Julie has been working as a Learning Technology Specialist for Strayer University since 2021.

Julie R. began their educational journey in 2010 when they attended Fort Hays State University and obtained a Bachelor's Degree in General Studies in 2011. Julie then continued their studies at Emporia State University, graduating with a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology in 2017. Julie also has an additional certification in Adobe Captivate Essential Training, obtained from LinkedIn in February 2020.
