Ms. Lane provides support to clients, and end-users, by addressing their technical issues with BioSig-ID interface challenges. Ms. Lane has an extensive background in technical support having worked as a Technical Support Specialist in the Racing industry. Ms. Lane also works directly with the development team to optimize their knowledge base and better address technical issues.
