Lisa Povill

Lisa Povill has over 30 years of experience in the gaming industry. Lisa began their career in 1985 as a Dual Rate Blackjack Floor Supervisor/ Baccarat and Blackjack Dealer at Golden Nugget Atlantic City (Ballys Grand). Lisa then moved to Golden Nugget Las Vegas in 1989 as a High Limit Baccarat Dealer. In 1993, they became a Surveillance Lead at Treasure Island Hotel & Casino. Lisa then moved to Tropicana Casino Las Vegas in 1996 as a Surveillance Shift Supervisor. In 1997, they began working at Bally's Casino Las Vegas as a Table Games Supervisor and also took on the role of Instructor- Department of Resort and Gaming at College of Southern Nevada. In 2006, they were hand-picked by Steve Wynn to create a new department at Wynn Resorts as a Senior Games Protection Manager. In 2007, they became a Games Protection Consultant and Licensed Private Investigator at Biometrica Systems LLC, A Safran Group Company. In 2012, they became Vice President and Head of the Biometrica Fusion Center and Director of Intelligence and Compliance at Vice President Biometrica Systems Inc.

Lisa Povill has attended three educational institutions: The New School, College of Southern Nevada, and United Nations International School. Lisa holds a High School Diploma from United Nations International School.
