Elissar Nassereddine

Elissar Nassereddine is a skilled Genomic Data Scientist currently working at Bionano since January 2022. Previously served as a Bioinformatics Scientist at CNRS from September 2019 to September 2021, where involvement included a deep learning project focused on predicting G-quadruplexes in 2020 and data analysis using NGS data related to chromatin stability and double-strand breaks in 2021. Prior to CNRS, Elissar Nassereddine worked at IBDM as a Bioinformatics Scientist in 2019, analyzing the evolution of the titin protein using Python and Bash. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Université de Rouen and Aix-Marseille University, as well as ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Biology at Lebanese University.
