Elma Chalatsi

Elma (Eleftheria) Chalatsi, PhD, currently serves as the EMEA Manager Application Support at Bionano Genomics, Inc. since September 2022. Prior to this role, Elma was the Regional Manager for Scientific & Technical Support at Bio-Rad Laboratories from April 2018 to September 2022, where leadership was demonstrated over an international team and improvements in case quality and performance metrics were achieved. Elma’s extensive experience includes scientific project management at Institut Pasteur, research internships focused on genetic and biochemical studies, and laboratory advising at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Elma holds a PhD in Cancer Biology and Immunology from Pierre and Marie Curie University and has completed various certifications in epidemiology and intellectual property.
