Fabrice Odefrey

Fabrice Odefrey is an experienced professional in sales and customer support within the life sciences sector, currently serving as Director of Sales and Support for the APAC region at Bionano since February 2023, where responsibilities include strategic business growth and partner relationships. Previously, Fabrice held the role of Senior Business Manager at Agena Bioscience, overseeing sales growth in ANZ, and established a customer-centric support strategy in the APAC region. With a solid foundation in customer support leadership from experiences at Thermo Fisher Scientific and a background in genetic epidemiology from the University of Melbourne, Fabrice has developed strong skills in team management, strategic planning, and customer engagement, complemented by an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
