Allison Yinger

Allison (Castiglione) Yinger is an experienced Human Resources professional with a demonstrated history of supporting management and overseeing employee benefits. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Bionix® since June 2020, Allison previously held the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Administrator at Tenneco from December 2016 to May 2020, where responsibilities included managing interview processes, scheduling, and tracking recruitment metrics. Allison began the career with an internship at Old Town Commercial Association in early 2015. Educational credentials include a degree in Communication with a focus on Organizational Leadership: Human Resources and Public Relations from Michigan State University, complemented by an associate's degree from Monroe County Community College and a high school diploma from St. Mary Catholic Central.
