Jennifer Conard

Jennifer Conard is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at O-I since July 2020, Jennifer previously worked as a Human Resource Business Partner at Aria - Jefferson Health and directed HR operations for 120 offices and 38,000 employees as the North Group Director of Human Resources at U.S. Security Associates. Earlier roles include positions as a Licensed Massage Therapist at Phila Massages and Elements Massage Horsham, and various HR positions at Maxim Healthcare Services and Genesis Rehabilitation Services. Jennifer holds a BS in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown and a Human Resources Certificate from Villanova University, complemented by training at the Cortiva Institute.
