Claudette Rushworth

Claudette Rushworth is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various roles in the pharmaceutical and health sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources (UK) at BioNTech SE since February 2023, Claudette previously held the position of Human Resources Director at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals from June 2020 to August 2022, where strategic HR programs were developed to enhance workplace productivity. Prior to this, Claudette was a Senior Human Resources Manager at Perrigo Company plc, managing HR operations across multiple legal entities while collaborating with the UK&I Executive team. Claudette's HR career began at Rosemont Pharmaceuticals, progressing from HR Officer to Human Resources Manager over a twelve-year span. Claudette holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from The University of Huddersfield.
