She has more than 20 years of executive search leadership experience within big box and boutique search firms, recruiting Investment Professionals and Senior Operating Leaders for a wide range of emerging and established life sciences companies. Her clients on the investment side have included Corporate Venture Capital (CVC) funds, public and private investment vehicles, global health, and impact investment funds. She has completed searches for Partners of several first-time investment funds and has a passion for “diving deep” to identify and assess the requisite leadership competencies in order to be successful in this type of start-up operating environment.
