Megan Macaluso has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2023. Megan is currently the Director of Customer Success at BioRender and the Co-Founder & Principal Consultant at Five Foxes. Prior to these roles, Megan served as the Sr. Director of Customer Success Strategy & Transformation at OneTrust. Megan also held leadership positions at ESG (Customer Success as a Service®), including Vice President of Customer Success & Operations and Vice President of Strategic Development. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Global Program Manager and Global Project Manager at ServiceSource, where they played a key role in overseeing global strategic renewal and customer success outsourced accounts. Megan also has experience in freelance writing and worked as an Account Executive at ServiceSource and as a Strategic Account Manager at TelStar Hosted Services, Inc. Megan'sexpertise lies in customer success, program and project management, and developing customized solutions for clients.

Megan Macaluso has a diverse education history. In 2002-2004, they attended the Colorado Film School, where they focused on film production, editing, and acting. Following that, from 2005-2011, Megan studied English and Film Studies at the University of Colorado Denver, specializing in film rhetoric and criticism. Most recently, in 2020, they took a program on Design Thinking at MIT Sloan Executive Education. Megan also holds the ITIL 4 Foundation Level certification, which they obtained in March 2020 from ITSM Academy / DevOps Campus.
