Blake Pate

Blake Pate has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. Blake started their career at Baylor Scott & White Health as an Emergency Department Technician from August 2017 to October 2018. Following that, they worked as a Research Fellow at Yale University School of Medicine for two months in 2018, where they contributed to the development of search programs and data analysis for the HPV Vaccine Effectiveness Study.

In 2016, Blake joined Dallas Baptist University as an Assistant to the President and later became an Assistant to the Chancellor until August 2019. During this time, they developed strong administrative and communication skills.

In 2019, Blake began their venture into the finance industry, starting as an Analyst at Bios Research LLC from August 2019 to January 2023, and subsequently taking on the role of Vice President until the present moment. At Bios Research LLC, they gained expertise in investment and analysis.

Additionally, Blake also took on the role of Vice President of Investments at Bios Partners from December 2019, further enhancing their knowledge in the investment sector. In 2023, they joined 2048 Ventures as a Network Partner. Overall, Blake's work experience showcases their ability to adapt and excel in various roles, particularly in the fields of healthcare, academia, and finance.

Blake Pate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Dallas Baptist University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2019. Currently, Blake is pursuing a Master of Science in Biotechnology at The Johns Hopkins University, which is expected to be completed from 2020 to 2023. Additionally, Blake has obtained a certification in Level I from DFW Excel Experts in 2021.
