Cellina Barragato

Cellina Barragato has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Cellina started their career in 1991 as a VP and Partner Executive Search at Profiles Executive Search, where they established and managed an IT contingency search firm. From 2000 to 2010, they worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant for multiple clients.

In 2010, Cellina joined Infineon Technologies as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, providing HR strategy consulting for R&D and Central Functions organizations. Cellina held this role until 2019.

Following their time at Infineon Technologies, Cellina worked as the Director of Human Resources at Viome from 2019 to 2020, where they built and fostered high-performing teams. Cellina then moved on to vArmour as the Director of People & Culture, where they implemented employee engagement strategies and expanded the organization's global presence.

From 2021 to 2022, Cellina served as the VP of Human Resources at Patriot Environmental Services, leading HR and payroll for 18 offices. During this time, the company was acquired by Heritage Crystal Clean (HCCI).

Currently, Cellina works as a Chief of Staff Consultant at BIOS Lighting since 2023, where they utilize their expertise to develop and implement strategies.

Throughout their career, Cellina has demonstrated their ability to drive organizational growth, develop high-performing teams, and implement effective HR strategies.

Cellina Barragato's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.A.) degree in Business Leadership from Ashford University in San Diego, CA. In 2013, they obtained a certification in Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the HR Certification Institute. Cellina also received a certification as a Senior Certified Professional in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management Certification Team in 2015. Cellina Barragato furthered their education with certifications in Natural Behavior Style Identification to Enhance Effective Communication as a Certified Facilitator from Extended DISC Certification in 2014. In 2012, they became a Certified Facilitator in Accurate, Efficient, and Legally Defensible Interviewing from Select International Certification.
