Kathryn Stalmack

Kathryn Stalmack is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BioScrip. Kathryn has over fifteen years of experience working in the healthcare industry, both in private practice and in-house.

Kathryn began their career at Polsinelli PC, where they worked as a healthcare attorney and partner for seven years. There, they represented hospitals, pharmacies, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, home infusion companies, and home health agencies on a variety of issues including regulatory compliance, licensing, and fraud and abuse investigations.

In 2015, Kathryn joined BioScrip as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing all legal matters for the company, as well as serving as the corporate secretary. Kathryn led the legal team through a successful IPO in 2016, and continued to provide strategic counsel to the company during their four-year tenure.

In 2019, Kathryn left BioScrip to join ModivCare as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. At ModivCare, they were responsible for all legal matters for the company, including contracts, compliance, and litigation. Kathryn also served on the Board of Directors for Matrix Medical Network during their time at ModivCare.

Kathryn returned to BioScrip in 2021 as the Senior Vice President, General Counsel. In this role, they are responsible for all legal matters for the company, including contracts, compliance

Ms. Stalmack has a Juris Doctor from Loyola University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Miami University.
