Philip Garsed

Principal Electronics Engineer at BIOShealth

Philip Garsed has a long and varied work experience. Since 2019, they have been working as an Electronic Engineer for BIOS Health Ltd, where they are responsible for designing closed-loop neural interfaces as part of the BIOS Prosthetic Interface Device (PID). From 2013 to 2019, they worked as a Research Associate (Electronic Engineer) at the University of Cambridge, where they designed electronics hardware for the LHCb and ATLAS experiments at CERN. In 2015, they completed a Studentship at The Naked Scientists. From 2009 to 2013, they worked as an Electronic Engineer at Cambridge Consultants. From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a research assistant on a project investigating the relationship between architecture and music in renaissance Venetian churches at the University of Cambridge.
