Rachel Coquard

Rachel Coquard has a diverse range of work experience spanning over two decades. Rachel'scurrent role is as the Head of People at BIOS Health Ltd, where they are involved in improving people's quality of life with neural engineering. Prior to this, they worked as a People & Culture Consultant at RCHR. Rachel also served as a Trustee at The Prospects Trust, a care farm specializing in therapeutic horticulture for individuals with learning difficulties and disabilities. Rachel has also volunteered as a staff member at Pregnant Then Screwed.

Before their current roles, Rachel held various positions at Allia Ltd, including Director of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, and HR Manager. Allia is an organization that supports entrepreneurs and businesses aiming to make positive change. Preceding their work at Allia, Rachel worked as an HR Consultant at RCHR, providing HR guidance and coaching to various clients. Rachel also has extensive experience as an HR Manager, having worked at Morrison Utility Services and Kier Group (formerly May Gurney). Rachel started their career at ThyssenKrupp as a Payroll Officer and worked their way up to the position of HR Manager. Rachel also worked as a Payroll & HR Administrator at Sealed Air Corporation.

Rachel Coquard has an educational background that includes a Post Graduate degree in Human Resources Management from Anglia Ruskin University. Rachel also possesses a Certificate in Personnel Practice, acquired from Cambridge Regional College. Additionally, Rachel completed their GCSEs at Ernulf Community School.
