Emily Solomon, BSN RN, PMP has a diverse background in clinical operations and project management within the biotech and pharmaceutical industry.

Emily currently holds the position of Vice President Clinical Operations at Biosplice Therapeutics, where they have been since April 2022. Previously, they served as the Executive Director at the same company from March 2021 to April 2022.

Emily began their career as a Clinical Research Nurse Coordinator at Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in 2002. Emily has demonstrated expertise in clinical operations, project management, and research coordination throughout their extensive work history.

Emily Solomon earned their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN/RN) degree from Wichita State University from 1994 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Mount Holyoke College from 1988 to 1992. Additionally, Emily has obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2019, the Certified Clinical Research Professional certification from SOCRA in February 2016, and the GCP for Clinical Trials with Investigational Drugs and Biologics (ICH Focus) certification from the CITI Program in December 2022.
