Gia Esquivel

Gia Esquivel has over 20 years of work experience in the creative industry. Gia is currently the VP, Creative Director at Biossance since June 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a Freelance Design Creative, specializing in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Design. From 2016 to 2018, Gia was the Associate Creative Director - Campaigns at Rodan + Fields, where they successfully led the internal Creative team and collaborated with cross-functional stakeholders to develop campaign programs and product launches. Gia also provided creative direction to external agency partners and collaborated with copywriters to create high-level messaging. Before that, Gia held various roles as an Art Director and Senior Designer at companies such as VehicleSF, Tria Beauty, Straightline International, and Agency.com.

Gia Esquivel began their education at New York University in 1992, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Communication & Fine Art Photography. Gia attended NYU until 1996. In 1995, Gia Esquivel also enrolled at the School of Visual Arts to further their studies in Graphic Design. However, no specific degree was mentioned for this program.
