C David Adair MD, MBA, FACOG, FASH

C David Adair MD, MBA, FACOG, FASH has held various roles on boards of directors for a number of companies since 2014. In that year, they became the Managing Partner & Co-Founder of Solas BioVentures. C David then went on to become a Board Director for Francis Medical in 2018, and a Board Director for BioStable Science & Engineering in 2019. In 2020, they took on roles as a Member Board of Directors for both Knopp Biosciences LLC and NX PRENATAL INC. In 2021, they became a Member Board of Directors for Veranex, InterShunt Technologies, Inc., and Elira, Inc. C David's most recent role is as a Member Board of Directors for Stimdia Medical, Inc., which they began in 2022.

C David Adair MD, MBA, FACOG, FASH has an extensive education history. C David began their studies in 1979 at Belfry High School and continued at Southern West Virginia Community and Technical College from 1981 to 1983. C David then moved on to Morehead State University, where they completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Geography in 1986. After that, they attended Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine, where they obtained their M.D. in 1990. Following that, they completed a Residency in Ob/Gyn at the University of Florida College of Medicine from 1990 to 1994, and a Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine at Wake Forest School of Medicine from 1994 to 1996. In 1999, they were Board Certified Subspecialist in Maternal-Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG). Lastly, they earned a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 2019.
