Kate Fletcher

Kate Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kate'smost recent role is as the Director of North East Sales at BioStar Renewables, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Next Generation Energy, Inc. for 13 years as a Partner and Business Development Manager.

Before joining Next Generation Energy, Inc., Kate worked at Pepco Energy Services as the Regional Director of Business Development from August 2003 to July 2010. Kate'sresponsibilities included developing and managing a commercial and industrial book of business and targeting high usage end clients and key broker relationships.

During their time at Smart Energy, Kate served as the Vice President of Sales from December 1999 to July 2003. Kate was responsible for developing and managing a residential and small commercial sales program in Deregulated Energy and successfully developed a direct sales channel that led to explosive growth.

Kate's early work experience includes a role in Marketing Communications at the National Bureau of Economic Research from September 1996 to January 1999.

Kate Fletcher has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Economics from Babson College.
