Colwyn Headley

Colwyn Headley, PhD is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University under the NIH-T32 Post-Doctoral Fellowship. They also work as a Social Media Coordinator at Black In Immuno and as the Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at Biotech Connection - Bay Area, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as a Post-Doctoral Scientist at Texas Biomedical Research Institute and as a Ph.D. Candidate at The Ohio State University, College of Medicine. They hold a Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences with a focus on Immunology and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology. Their research experience includes conducting Biosafety Level 3 research, characterizing antioxidant compounds, and culturing bone marrow-derived stem cells for in-vivo transplantation experiments.
