Kevin Curran

Kevin Curran is the founder of Rising Tide Biology, specializing in science communication for the life science industry, particularly focused on advanced medicines. Kevin also works as a biotechnology lecturer at BioTech Primer Inc., delivering seminars on biologic drugs. With a background as a professor at the University of San Diego and as a postdoctoral fellow at the Salk Institute, Kevin has extensive experience in cell biology and behavioral neuroscience. Additionally, Kevin has worked as a research associate at UCSF Medical Center and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, analyzing patterns of apoptosis and generating cardiac myocytes from murine embryonic stem cells. Kevin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology from the University of Washington.
