Dr. Maja Klaus

Dr. Maja Klaus has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and scientific research sectors. In 2015, they worked as a Graduate Research Associate at Goethe-Universität Frankfurt until February 2020. In March 2020, they joined AGC Biologics as a Scientist, specializing in quality control bioassays, and stayed until June 2020. Currently, they are employed at Biotest AG, where they initially served as a Scientist in the development of plasma proteins from July 2020 to April 2022. Since May 2022, they have assumed the role of Head of Laboratory Process Optimization at Biotest AG.

Dr. Maja Klaus has a Bachelor of Science - BS degree in Life Science from Leibniz Universität Hannover, which they obtained from 2010 to 2013. Dr. Maja then pursued a Master of Science - MS degree in Life Science from the same university from 2013 to 2015. Following this, they worked as a Research Associate in Biochemistry at Stanford University from 2014 to 2015. Finally, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Chemistry at Goethe University Frankfurt from 2015 to 2020.
