Kourtney Thrasher

Kourtney Thrasher, CCDS, is a Field Technical Engineer at BIOTRONIK since June 2021, responsible for overseeing training and certification of new employees while providing education on cardiac therapies and new technologies. Previously held the position of Senior Field Clinical Specialist, contributing as a Home Monitor Champion and a participant in the Cornerstone Program for 2023-2024. Kourtney's earlier experience includes roles as Worship Coordinator at New City Church, where presentations were created and musicians scheduled, and as a Lead Teacher at Carmel Baptist Church, focusing on lesson plan development and student assessment. Kourtney also served as a Field Clinical Specialist at BIOTRONIK from 2009 to 2014 and completed an educational program at the Arrhythmia Technologies Institute, specializing in cardiac rhythm device management. Kourtney holds a BS in Business Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University and has maintained certification as an IBHRE Certified Cardiac Device Specialist from 2013 to 2023.
