Max Fischer

Max Fischer has a diverse work experience with various companies. Max currently holds the position of Head of CFO Office and Corporate Projects at BIOTRONIK, where they are responsible for leading transformation and efficiency programs, as well as overseeing strategy and PMO for corporate functions. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at CARIAD, focusing on digital transformation in corporate strategy. Max also has experience at Carmeq GmbH, where they held roles as Project Lead Business Development and Product Owner, Senior Consultant, and Consultant. In addition, they worked at Strategy&, part of the PwC network, as an Associate in the Operations Practice. Max has also gained valuable experience as a working student and master's degree candidate at Carmeq GmbH, focusing on product management and digitization in the automotive industry. Max has held internship positions at Deloitte, Getrag, KPMG, and BOMBARDIER, where they gained exposure to strategy and operations consulting, direct purchasing, and accounting.

Max Fischer earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Technische Universität Berlin, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Max then pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in the same field at Technische Universität Berlin from 2015 to 2016. In 2013 to 2014, they also studied Business/Management/Marketing at Université Paris Dauphine - PSL. Prior to their studies in Berlin, they attended Lander University in 2010 to 2011, focusing on Accounting and Business/Management. Additionally, Max Fischer obtained certifications in Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in February and March 2020, respectively.
