Mathew Vanzant

Mathew VanZant is an accomplished research scientist with extensive experience in both academic and industrial settings. Currently employed at BioVectra Inc. as a Research Scientist in R&D since November 2019, Mathew previously held the position of Analytical Chemist II at Apotex Pharmachem Inc., where responsibilities included testing and analyzing samples for major global markets and overseeing controlled substances. Mathew's earlier career includes a significant research role at the University of Waterloo, focusing on Half-Heusler materials and silicon single crystal research, along with teaching assistant duties. Mathew holds a Master’s degree in Solid State Inorganic Chemistry and a Bachelor’s degree in Honours Co-operative Chemistry from the University of Waterloo.
