Jodie Heggelund

Jodie Heggelund has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jodie is currently the Director of Sales at Bioventus, a position they started in October 2022. Prior to this, Jodie was the Principal and Owner of Viking Orthopaedic Solutions, LLC, a consulting service and solutions company focused on sales channel development and marketing. Jodie held this role from August 2013 onwards.

From August 2020 to August 2021, Jodie served as the President and VP of Sales for Global Spine & Biologics at WishBone Medical, Inc. Before that, they were the Vice President of Sales for the Central US & Pacific Northwest at Xtant Medical from May 2017 to August 2020.

Jodie also worked at Zimmer Biomet (formerly LDR) as a Regional Sales Manager for the Texas region from December 2015 to May 2017. Prior to that, from October 2013 to November 2015, they held the position of Vice President of Sales, West at Orthofix. Jodie also worked as a Senior Marketing Manager for Biologics at Orthofix from December 2010 to December 2013.

Additionally, Jodie has experience at NuVasive as a Sales Representative from July 2009 to September 2010, and at Medtronic as an Area Sales Manager from April 2007 to June 2009, and a Marketing Product Manager from December 2000 to April 2007.

Jodie began their career as a Reservist in the United States Marine Corps from 1995 to 1997.

Jodie Heggelund has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Management from Texas Tech University, which was obtained in 2014. Jodie also has a Professional Certification in Leadership & Leadership Development from Texas Tech University, obtained in 2014. Additionally, Jodie has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus in Finance from Texas State University, obtained in 1999.
