Sal Zerilli, PhD, serves as the Executive Director of Knowledge + Innovation at BioVid Corporation since January 2023 and is a co-founder and Social Science Advisor at The Difference Lab. Zerilli is also recognized as a Changemaker for the Essex County Community Foundation, contributing to public art project initiatives. Previously held roles include SVP of Behavioral Insights and Design at Throughline Strategy Inc., Outpatient Therapist at North Shore Counseling Center, and various academic positions as an Adjunct Instructor and Teaching Fellow across multiple colleges. Prior experience includes leadership roles in behavioral science at Publicis Health and Bridgeable. Sal Zerilli holds a PhD and multiple master's degrees from UCLA, Boston College, and UMass Boston, as well as a BA from Bridgewater State University.
