An Banh began their work experience in 2008 at Nordstrom, where they held various logistics and inventory management roles. An started as an Assistant Logistics Manager in June 2008 and later became an Inventory Manager in August 2009. From September 2011 to August 2014, they worked as a Logistics Manager at Nordstrom. In 2014, An Banh joined Bioworld Merchandising and worked their way up from a Logistics Analyst to a 3PL Supervisor. An then became a 3PL Manager, responsible for managing facility activities and reporting on business operations. Currently, they are the Director of Operational Planning at Bioworld Merchandising.

An Banh attended the University of North Texas from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology.
