Pradnya Desai

Pradnya Desai currently serves as the Global Learning & People Development Lead at BIP since April 2021, having previously held the position of HR Learning & Development Manager. Prior to BIP, Pradnya was a Learning Manager at EY from July 2019 to March 2021 and a Learning Expert at Snam S.p.A. from March 2017 to June 2019. Experience also includes a role as Project Manager at OpenKnowledge srl between May 2013 and February 2017, and a position as HR Generalist Italy & Med. at Buongiorno from January 2010 to April 2013. Earlier career highlights include a brief role as SCM & PI Coordinator at Samsung Electronics in late 2009 and serving as a Risk Management & Performance Improvement Consultant at KPMG Advisory from January 2007 to May 2009. Pradnya's career began with an internship in Human Resources at JTI in late 2006. Academically, Pradnya holds a Master in Organisation and Human Resource Management from Università Bocconi and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Karnatak University.
