Kadon Douglas

Kadon Douglas is the current Executive Director at BIPOCTV&FILM. Kadon has been in the film industry for about 5 years now, starting out as a Production Coordinator for Fathom Film Group in November 2015. After a year with Fathom, Kadon moved on to HitPlay Productions where they worked as a Post Production Coordinator for 8 months. In August 2016, Kadon began working with HitPlay Productions and worked there until October 2016. With both companies, Kadon was responsible for coordinating the film productions.
