Emily Sivey has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Emily started their career as a Regional Children's Club Manager at Eurocamp from May 2012 to July 2015, where they recruited, trained, and managed up to 15 employees. Emily then worked as a Resort Manager at Powder Byrne from November 2015 to April 2016, effectively managing a resort with sole responsibility and receiving top feedback scores.

Following that, Emily served as a People & Ops Manager (FTC) at Jonathan Markson Tennis Ltd. from June 2015 to August 2016, where they engineered the development and launch of new camps across the UK. Emily also created and delivered training sessions for new employees.

Emily then worked as an HR and Recruitment Manager at Safer London from September 2016 to October 2017, acting as the key contact for staff queries regarding HR and coordinating the full cycle recruitment process. Emily also managed the vetting process for new staff.

In 2017, Emily joined Finlay James as a Talent Consultant from November 2017 to June 2018, and subsequently as an Executive Search Consultant from June 2018 to December 2019. Emily specialized in placing IT and Digital Sales professionals within top technology companies. Emily also served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant at the company from June 2019 to December 2019.

In 2019, Emily took a break from their career and became a World Traveler from October 2019 to September 2020, traveling with their partner.

Returning to work in 2020, Emily became an Ambassador at Women Rock - A Voice For Diversity In Tech from October 2020 to February 2021. Emily was involved in advocating for the attraction, retention, and promotion of female talent in the tech industry.

From November 2020 to January 2023, Emily worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager at Wagestream, where they partnered with famous employers to provide fairer financial services to their teams.

Most recently, Emily joined Bippit in February 2023 as the People and Talent Lead.

Emily Sivey's education history begins in 2001 when they attended St Phillip Howard Catholic High School. Emily completed their GCSEs and stayed there until 2006. Emily then went on to attend Southdowns College from 2007 to 2009, where they pursued A-Levels but did not obtain a degree.

In 2009, Emily enrolled at Bangor University and completed their Diploma in Linguistics in 2012. Alongside their formal education, they have also acquired additional certifications. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Online Marketing Strategies from Curtin University. Additionally, in 2016, they obtained a Level 4 certification in Human Resource Management from Oplex Careers. Emily has also obtained certifications in areas such as Team Leading, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, and Workplace Coaching. However, the specific months and years for these certifications are currently unknown.
