Javier Aguayo

Javier Aguayo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and consulting roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Director Regional and Executive Board Director at VISEO IBERIA since August 2019, Javier has also held the position of Managing Partner at BIRCHMAN since August 2003 and has been a Socio at Birchman Group Spain since April 2000. Previous roles include Managing Director at Plaut Consulting from April 2000 to August 2003, Director SAP at Sema Group between 1996 and 2000, and Consultant Logistico at SAP from January 1994 to January 1996.
