Akshun Kalra

Akshun Kalra has a diverse work experience in the field of product management and technical support. Akshun started their career in 2011 as a Customer Support Engineer at iEnergizer, where they provided technical troubleshooting for Electronic Arts (EA) Games and gaming peripherals. In 2012, they joined Teleperformance India as a Technical Support Advisor, where they provided technical support for Imaging software from Adobe Systems. Later in the same year, Akshun joined BirchStreet Systems as a Manager - International Technical Services, where they worked on identifying business requirements, managing project timelines, and implementing the product. Akshun then advanced to the role of Product Manager, responsible for developing and maintaining product strategies and workflows. Currently, Akshun is working at BirchStreet Systems as an Associate Director - Product Management, overseeing the product roadmap and monitoring the competitive landscape.

Akshun Kalra completed their education at several institutions. From 2002 to 2007, they attended Satyug Darshan Vidyalaya and obtained their Secondary & Higher Secondary Education degree with a field of study in Science. Following this, they attended Technology Education & Research Institute from 2007 to 2011, where they earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree in Information Technology. Most recently, from 2020 to 2022, they studied at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) and obtained a PGDM degree with a field of study in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management. Additionally, Akshun obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (Supply Chain) from NMIMS Global in July 2022.
