Sandeep Sharma has a diverse work experience. Sandeep started their career in 2000 as a Software Programmer at Sunlife Technologies Limited. In 2000, they joined GDI and held various roles, such as Software Developer, Senior Software Developer, Analyst Programmer, Project Manager, Manager of Research and Development, and ultimately became the Director of Research and Development at BirchStreet Systems Inc. In 2016, Sandeep took a sabbatical/extended leave before joining BirchStreet Systems as the Director of Integrations in 2019.

In 1999, Sandeep pursued an Advanced Internet Power Programming course at Pentasoft Technologies Limited in Mumbai Centre. Sandeep focused on ASP, CGI/PERL, DHTML, and Advanced Java.

From 2009 to 2012, Sandeep studied at Sikkim Manipal University in Gangtok. Sandeep completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree, with a focus on Business Administration and Management, as well as IT.

Continuing their education at Sikkim Manipal University, Sandeep obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Project Management. Sandeep attended from 2012 to 2014.

Finally, from 2015 to 2016, Sandeep pursued a Diploma in Entrepreneurship Administration and Business Laws at West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences. Sandeep'sstudies emphasized Entrepreneurship, Administration, and Business Laws.
