Shai Mimram

Shai Mimram has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. SHAI currently holds the position of Director of Marketing and Business Development at BIRD Aerosystems since June 2021. Prior to this, from October 2021 to June 2022, they worked as the Director of Marketing and Business Development - Aerospace at Elbit Systems Ltd.

Before their current roles, Shai worked at Cognyte from September 2018 to October 2021 as the Regional Sales Manager. During their time at Cognyte, they successfully achieved targets and resolved a delinquent customer's debt issues, securing renewed contracts.

From 1993 to 2018, Shai worked at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel, holding management and leading positions. SHAI excelled in leading teams, managing relationships with foreign agencies, and effectively handling budgets and resources.

Shai also gained experience as an Aviation Manager at EL AL from July 2011 to August 2014, where they managed operational and technological activities in Beijing and collaborated with EL AL headquarters in Israel.

Additionally, they worked as a Security Officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel from 1993 to 1998 and served as a Naval Officer in the Israeli Navy from 1987 to 1993.

Shai Mimram completed their Bachelor's degree in Middle East Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 1998 to 2000. SHAI later pursued an Executive Master in Business Administration (EMBA) from Bar-Ilan University from 2017 to 2019.
