Raya Blakeley-Glover

Raya Blakeley-Glover has extensive experience in business development and marketing within the legal sector, currently serving as a Member of the Board of Advisors for the Legal Sales and Service Organization since January 2025. Raya has been with Bird & Bird since September 2015, holding various leadership roles including Global Head of Business Development & Sales, as well as overseeing Markets & Business Relationships. Previous roles include Business Development Lead at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP and Associate positions at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C., Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, and Cahill Gordon & Reindel. Raya holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston College.
