Levi Burke has a diverse work experience in the construction and engineering industry. Levi started their career as an Engineering Intern at Savage Arms (Canada), Inc. in 2019, where they gained valuable skills and knowledge in engineering. In 2020, they advanced to the role of Engineering Coordinator at the same company, where they continued to contribute to various engineering projects. Following this, Levi joined Bourgon Construction in 2022 as a Project Coordinator/Site Engineer-In-Training, further expanding their expertise in project coordination and site engineering. Currently, they are working as a Project Coordinator at Bird Construction, starting from 2023. Levi's work experience demonstrates their continuous growth and commitment to their field.
Levi Burke attended Ontario Tech University from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 2020, they briefly studied Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing at Fleming College. In 2023, Levi pursued Commercial Plan Reading at Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology.
In addition to their formal education, Levi acquired various certifications. In 2014, they obtained the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario. In 2019, they received the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In 2021, they completed a Conflict Resolution course at the North American Learning Institute and obtained a Firearms License - Possession & Acquisition from the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario. In 2022, Levi attained certifications including Standard First Aid, CPR and AED from Heart & Stroke, Working at Heights from the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA), and Defensive Driving from Canadian Pro Drivers. Most recently, in 2023, they became a Qualified Operator of Power-Actuated Tools certified by the Hilti Group.
