Jessica Martins Gil has extensive experience in customer enablement and operations, currently serving as Team Lead for Customer Enablement at Bird since November 2020, following roles as Senior Connectivity Operations Coordinator and Connectivity Operations Coordinator. Prior to Bird, Jessica worked at Tesla as an Inside Sales and Delivery Advisor, after starting as an Inside Sales Advisor. Early career experiences include positions at PVH Corp. as an Assistant, SELLBYTEL Group as a Technical Support Advisor for Apple, Hospital do Espírito Santo de Évora EPE as a Human Resources Assistant, and Joe Walsh Tours as a Tour Guide. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Amsterdam and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Iscte - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
