They have also held senior positions at companies such as LendingHome, Demandforce, and VerticalResponse. Their expertise includes lead generation, marketing automation, and funnel analysis.

My Truong has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Paris-Sud University (Paris XI), which they received in 2005. From 2005 to 2008, they pursued a Master's degree in Marketing & Management from Grenoble Ecole de Management. In 2010, they attended Stanford University for Continuing Studies, where they studied Starting and Growing Technology Ventures.
