Sakura Minamida

Sakura Minamida is an experienced barista currently working at Bird Rock Coffee Roasters, Inc. since August 2022, where responsibilities include managing cash transactions and front-of-house operations. As a leadership mentor for Alpha Kappa Psi, Mu Sigma Chapter, Sakura has demonstrated public speaking and mentoring skills, facilitating chapter growth. Previous roles include vice president of fundraising, where $1,200 was raised, and technology director, responsible for improving the chapter’s website engagement. Additional experience includes serving as Max Campus Brand Manager for Wasserman Next Gen, marketing and events campus ambassador for Samsung Electronics America, and business analyst at Mu Sigma Consulting. Sakura holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Marketing from San Diego State University and has studied at Sophia University.
