Nathan Randall

Nathan Randall, MBA, currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Equity at Bird, overseeing global compensation programs and stock plan administration. With a progressive career, Nathan previously held roles such as Sr. Manager, Global Equity & Compensation, and Sr. Manager, HRIS & Equity, focusing on stock plan administration and HR technology processes. Before joining Bird, Nathan worked at Energizer as Manager of HR Applications, leading the implementation and support of various HR applications. Earlier experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Deloitte, where Nathan assisted clients with HR technology challenges, and a role as SAP HCM Consultant at EPI-USE AMERICA INC, specializing in SAP HR and Payroll. Nathan earned an MBA from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the same institution.
