Donald Jennings has over 14 years of work experience in various roles. Donald started their career in 2007 as a Sales Representative at AT&T Advertising Solutions, where they handled advertising programs for small and medium businesses. Donald consistently exceeded client needs and sales quotas. In 2008, they joined Staffcare, Inc. as a Physician Recruiter, specializing in placing orthopedic surgeons in hospitals. Donald created new pipelines in the industry during their tenure. In 2009, Donald joined YP Holdings, LLC as a Digital Sales Executive, dedicating himself to helping local businesses and communities grow. Donald worked there until 2016. Following that, they worked as a Web/Digital Consultant at DexYP from 2016 to 2018. Since 2018, Donald has been working at Birdeye, initially as a Customer Success Manager and later transitioning to a Customer Success Team Lead role.
