Gunjan Pilania

Gunjan Pilania started their career in 2011 as an Assistant Technical Product Manager at Franconnect, India, where they were responsible for product development, enhancement, quality assurance, requirement gathering, client interaction, bug resolution, optimization, and business development. Gunjan worked on a franchise management product, developing various features to help franchisees manage their data. In 2014, they joined Christ University, Bangalore, India as a student, completing their studies in 2016.

In 2015, Gunjan had a brief stint as a Trainee at Paytm before joining Paytm again in 2016 as a Product Manager. At Paytm, they were responsible for product development, improvements, and enhancements, specifically in the Recharges and Bill Payments section. Gunjan handled the Education category, launched a new devotion category, and developed and executed product roadmaps to improve business KPIs. Gunjan also played a key role in shipping the Flag day donation product.

In 2020, Gunjan moved on to Chargebee as a Senior Product Manager, where they worked until 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Product Manager at Birdeye, starting in April 2022.

Gunjan Pilania completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Christ University, Bangalore between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University, graduating between 2007 and 2011. Additionally, Gunjan Pilania completed their 12th from S.D Public School, although the specific years are unknown.
