Jonabelle Legaspi has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Currently, they are a Global Enablement Leader for Customer Success at Birdeye since January 2023. Previously, they worked at RingCentral as a Training Manager for Global Communications from February 2019 to January 2023, where they oversaw operational support for staff and leadership training, communication programs, and facilitation. Before that, they held the position of Corporate Communications Specialist at Afni, Inc. from July 2016 to January 2019, where they assessed communication needs, developed strategies, and executed communication programs.
