I am a AVP of Product Design at Birdeye, where I lead a team of 20 designers across the USA and India, who create user-centric and innovative solutions for customer experience and reputation management. With 14+ years of experience in designing products for SaaS, healthcare, VR/MR, and other domains, I have a proven track record of delivering impactful and engaging products using cutting-edge technologies and methodologies.

My core competencies include design operations, design management, interaction design, service design, product strategy, and human-centered design. I am passionate about building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and learning within my team and across the organization. I also enjoy mentoring design students and sharing my insights and best practices with the design community.
