Tanya Berg

Tanya Berg has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in application development, project management, and information technology. Tanya is currently serving as the Head of Application Development at Birdsong Hearing Benefits since 2024. Prior to this, Tanya held the position of Senior Director/Director in Application Development and Information Technology at Industries: Primary - Healthcare; Secondary - EdTech from 2022 to 2023. Tanya was also the Director of Application Development and Director of Specialty Technology at Elevance Health (formerly Anthem's) from 2015 to 2022. Tanya has also worked at Thomson Reuters, where they served as the Head of DCO M&A, Divestitures Portfolio from 2012 to 2014 and as the Director of New Product Technology from 2009 to 2012. At Prometric, Tanya worked as the Director of Application Development from 2000 to 2009.

Tanya Berg holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Certified Agile Leadership Essentials (CAL-E) and for Teams (CAL-T), and Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Tanya has also completed courses and certifications in Generative AI, Microsoft Dynamics, migrating from Salesforce to Dynamics 365, and Cloud Computing.
