Monica Young Ashauer has over 19 years of work experience, beginning with their role as Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company in 2001. Monica then moved to Marc Ecko Enterprises in 2007 as VP Strategic Planning, followed by Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives at Clear Channel in 2010. In 2012, they joined iHeartMedia as Vice President, Sales Operations, and then Ralph Lauren in 2018 as Senior Director, Strategy. Most recently, they have been Chief Operating Officer at Birdy Grey since 2018.
