Malcolm McGhee

Malcolm Mcghee is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in the footwear industry. Currently serving as the Director of Product Design at BIRKENSTOCK since August 2024, Malcolm previously held the position of Creative Director of Sportstyle Footwear at PUMA Group from September 2023 to July 2024. Prior roles include Global Head of Design at Dr. Martens plc, where Malcolm worked for nearly nine years, and several design positions at Nike, ASOS.com, Fred Perry, and Silas and Maria Ltd. Malcolm's educational foundation in design was established at Middlesex University, where a BA (Hons) in Furniture Design was earned between 1995 and 1998.
