Kamal Ramani

Kamal Ramani currently serves as the BD Head for NCR at Birla Estates, overseeing acquisitions, alliances, and investments since August 2024. Prior to this role, Kamal held the position of Head BD for MMR and Bangalore at Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate from July 2021 to August 2024. Additional experience includes roles in asset management at Godrej Properties Limited and various positions within Shapoorji Pallonji Group, focusing on business development, acquisitions, funding, and investor relations from 2016 to 2021. Kamal's career also features financial management roles at Landmark Group and TATA Housing Development Co., along with an internship at D. E. Shaw & Co. Kamal holds an MBA in Finance from IBS Hyderabad and is a qualified Company Secretary.
